About Me

I am blessed to be a mother of four amazing children KH, a wife to an incredible husband, an occupational therapist by trade, and most importantly, a Jew trying to get closer to Hashem. I feel strongly that Jewish people should live in Israel, and am hoping to bring our family there this summer. Bonus points if I can inspire others to come with us.

I never considered myself a writer, and definitely not a public person, but I feel that this blog can help me and so many others grapple with the issues surrounding making aliyah.

Making aliyah is exhilarating and terrifying all at once. This blog documents my emotional journey through the process and provides useful facts as we gather them. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or comments and share my blog with anyone that might find it helpful or interesting. I love reading comments with questions and feedback to make the blog even better!

Keep in mind, making aliyah is only the beginning. I plan to continue to blog about our lives once we make the transition. I imagine our lives will look drastically different come August, stay tuned to read about our adventures as new olim and beyond.

Yours truly,

Becca Davidman
